Relax and enjoy the magical vistas over the bay from our 6-metre-long windowed living area. Turn on the heat pump to warm up or cool down and curl up on our 3-seater leather sofa. View your favourite shows on SKY TV or use your Netflix account on our 60-inch TV. Screen time not your thing, then read a book or play one of the many board games from our comfortable occasional chairs. 

If you’re in town for business, our workstation features an oak writing table with an adjustable swivel chair. There’s a floor lamp and an executive notepad if you need to burn the midnight oil.

Fancy whipping up a home cooked meal from our fully fitted out kitchen or maybe a complimentary snack and a Nespresso or tea from our coffee station. Don’t feel like washing the dishes in our double bowl stainless steel sink, then simply pop them into the dishwasher and walk away. If you need space for your cold items our stainless-steel Samsung fridge/freezer will do the trick, with its ice maker cooling your drinks. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, this kitchen has it all.

If the occasion calls for a sit-down meal, our 4-seater oak dining table with groovy green chairs will not let you down. Rummage through the kitchen drawers and select your favourite place mats to dress up or down the setting. Bon appetit!

You’ll have no trouble falling asleep in the main bedroom. Our extremely comfortable king size Sleepyhead bed and block out curtains along with a dedicated air conditioning unit, will lull you to sleep in no time at all. Wake refreshed to palm tree views out over the bay from the 4-metre-long windows this room boasts. Large double closets, stand up mirror and artisan crafted marble & acacia side tables round out this peaceful space.

Guests will love the oversized King Single twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Want to cuddle up, then simply connect the beds together and zip the comfortable mattress up to make a Super King bed. Another dedicated air conditioning unit is in this room, along with a wardrobe, corner bookshelf & wall mirror. White terrazzo side tables complete the look.

Do you shower before going to bed or in the morning? Either way, our well-appointed bathroom with large glass shower, oversized hand basin with loads of storage, and large mirror will get you ready for whatever lies ahead. We provide New Zealand made Matakana body products for your pleasure.

When it’s time for a sundowner or breakfast outside, relax on the outside tables and chairs on our 9-metre-long patio with glimpses of the water. Continental breakfasts can be ordered from our friendly and helpful receptionist when you check in, or you can cook it yourself.
