Tauranga offers the perfect central location
The Tauranga offers the perfect central location to enjoy some of New Zealand’s best tourist activities, all within 1-3 hours drive away.

Tauranga is a thriving regional city blessed with sunshine, growth and an eclectic blend of lifestyle, commerce, entertainment and recreational amenities.
Set in the province called the “Bay of Plenty”, as it was aptly named by Captain Cook over 200 years ago, the city includes Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and the surrounding rural areas.
With a combined population of over 100,000 Tauranga is one of New Zealand’s fastest growing cities. It has a temperate climate, and is well known for its horticulture including kiwifruit, grapes, citrus fruits and the golden kiwifruit called: “Zespri”.
Tauranga is a well known vacationers destination. The white sand surf beaches of Mount Maunganui and Papamoa draw thousands of visitors in the summer months, and because of its relative size, a vacation in Tauranga offers a more diverse range of activities than the smaller coastal towns.
